Yaesu FT-One (HF transceiver) FT-100 (HF transceiver).Since I have reorganized my Radio room, I am missing my Wall Wart for my Receiver. Just tested, gets out 100 Watts on all bands.Yaesu is a Japanese brand of commercial and amateur radio equipment. Not many hours on it, was rarely used as a backup. Looks good and everything works. Very nice transceiver with the auto tuner built in and matching Yaesu FP-800 Power Supply/speaker. RADIOHF - FOR SALE: Yaesu FT-890AT & FT-800 PS Yaesu FT-890AT and matching FP-800 Power Supply/speaker.
The ir remote connects directly to the frg 100. The FIFO 232c cat interface is not needed recall last directly entered frequency. No additional equipment is required. Rs232 interface cable set a sleep time and enable sleep timer.

Well Guess what?, it was my new power supply after all.I found out that most switcher power supply's only produce noise under load.NOTE: So just because you use a scope, it doesn't mean if your results are negative you may still need to consider why you are getting contrary results.I will now test my supply with a load and now see noise I am sure. So I left it plugged in and went to my circuit breaker and started to test which room had the noise maker. The Frog tunes continuously from 50 kHz.So I started to research why and after I tested it, showing no noise on my O'scope, I saying What the heck? Must be some other noise maker. Yaesu had introduced other digital receivers over the years prior to the FRG-100 (FRG7000, FRG7700, and FRG8800) and while they were nice, they did not offer the listening advantages of the FRG-100.The Yaesu FRG-100 receiver provides the performance of a quality communications receiver at an affordable price.
No hum showing on the O'scope is because of no load.Back to square one on finding a good filtered regulated supply.
